The plastic ring binder, with illustrated printed cover, contains multiple repeated 'filler' paperwork, to include fold out maps of the proposed pipeline territory.
Such Dossiers can be seen during the pipeline development site office cabin of 'Electra King' (Sophie Marceau) sequences.
A great prop with intrinsic association to the storyline of the film.
