1982 Lucasfilm Holiday Card & Envelope
A rare 1982 Lucasfilm UK Christmas holiday card still complete with its even rarer original Studio mailing envelope.
The greetings card features a wonderful Ralph McQuarrie illustration to the front and is boldly hand signed inside by Gary Kurtz, the Producer of both 'Star Wars' and 'The Empire Strikes Back', plus an as yet unidentified 'Caroline'. The envelope features the 'Chapter II' return studio address to the back (The front mailing address has been obscured in the accompanying image in respect of privacy).
Such cards would have been sent to select members of the cast and crew plus production affiliates.
Small drinks stain to front of the envelope otherwise in overall fine condition.
A rare slice of Star Wars history.
Production items are accompanied by the Propmasters Certificate Of Authenticity.
