SFX Miniature
From the fantastic George Lucas fantasy adventure starring Val Kilmer, Joanne Whalley and Warwick Davis comes this wonderful miniature.
The miniature consists of an upturned Shield with seated figures of the hero characters Madmartigan and Willow. Beautifully detailed with a great likeness to the actors. Individually accurately clothed with 'real' hair.
Utilised during the snow sequence where the characters make their speedy escape from the clutches of General Kael's army.
The figures are made of a foam/rubber, the shield a hard fibre-glass like material. There is deterioration to the hands of the Madmartigan character otherwise it is in generally very good condition. The Willow character should be clutching a cloth wrapped baby in his arms which is missing but easily re-fabricated as it was simply just a piece of cloth material rolled up.
It would be very hard to find a better SFX miniature featuring the hero characters from a film; this is simply an awesome piece.
