ANIMAL FARM (1999)

An incredible accurately detailed full scale animatronic Pig Head, made for the 1999 film version of the classic George Orwell Novel.

Made by the legendary Jim Henson Studios, whose work has been generally regarded as one of the best and most ground breaking in the industry. Constructed of a rubber latex head with hand punched hair, glass eyes, and full jaw detail to include teeth and tongue. Built upon a jointed inner hard skull cap with some internal operational electronic wires still remaining.

This head can be best seen during the making of documentary for the film, where a Jim Henson Studios puppeteer demonstrates the effectiveness of its then operational animatronics.
