Astronaut Transport Truck
Propmasters are proud to be able offer this simply stunning large miniature Truck from Moonraker.
The Truck can be seen approaching the Shuttle launch pad in a very clever composite shot which even to this day is almost impossible to identify the Truck featured as actually being a miniature.
Meticulously constructed in astounding detail by the world renowned Derek Medding team, historically noted within the industry for their top tier miniature work in film and television.
The Truck was originally remote controlled and some internal wiring is still present. To the rear of the Truck two Astronaut clothed miniature figures remain in place.
Interestingly this very truck can be seen pictured with Derek Meddings in a period shot within his studio workshop, see featured image.
