BLAKE'S 7 (1978)

A Hero costume worn by Michael Keating in his leading role as 'Vila Restal' from the hugely successful BBC TV science fiction television series that ran from 1978 to 1981.

This particular costume can be clearly seen worn by the character during the season three story 'Harvest Of Kairos'. Vila was one of the original 'Seven' principal characters and featured throughout the show's entire run.

The costume comprises of a leather trimmed Jacket with matching Trousers and Belt with BBC wardrobe interior production tags still present. To find such a principal costume complete with it's original Belt is a rarity in itself.

The ensemble is in excellent condition having been carefully preserved since it's release from the BBC in the early 1990's.

Blake's 7 pieces very seldom become available and principal pieces such as this are incredibly rare and highly sought after.
